How to play the S1 Mini?

Turn it on. Place one hand on the 7-chord pad on the neck and strum any pick on the body — the corresponding chord will sound. Connect to the Musspark app to play along with Smart Score music and unlock more songs.

How to download the Musspark App? Is it free?

The Musspark App is free. Search "Musspark" on the App Store or Google Play to download, or visit our App Download page. Also, the various music scores in the App are free.

Can I play with a manicure?

Absolutely! The S1 Mini has no strings—only soft Chord Pads. Just gently press each chord and flip the pick to play.

If I'm left-handed, can I play it?

Definitely! Just learn the 7-chord pad layout on the neck and follow the app instructions — you'll be ready to play.

Can kids use it?

Yes — the S1 Mini is lightweight and compact, making it easy for kids to hold and play.

Does the S1 Mini need any calibrations?

No, you don’t need to calibrate it. Every Musspark product is tuned before shipping.

How to use it as a Speaker?

Turn on the S1 Mini. On your phone/tablet open Settings → Bluetooth, enable Bluetooth, then select the device named MUS-xxxxx-BT from the available devices (e.g., MUS-682126-BT). After pairing, open any music app and play a song. Enjoy!

Do you ship globally?

We currently ship to the USA, UK, Germany, and France. More countries and regions are coming soon.

How long does delivery take?

After we process your order and prepare the item (usually 1–3 business days after you place the order) and hand it over to the carrier, delivery times are:

  • USA: 5–12 business days
  • UK: 7–15 business days
  • Germany: 7–15 business days
  • France: 7–15 business days
Can I play my own song？

Yes — open the Musspark App, go to Music Creation → enter your lyrics → set root note, chords, and BPM → play your songs.

How do I charge the S1 Mini?

Plug the USB‑C charging cable into the port on the bottom of the S1 Mini stand. Place the S1 Mini into the slot—if you hear a click, it’s seated securely and charging has started.

Can I adjust pitch?

Sure. You can change a song's pitch/key by:

  • turning the knob on your S1 Mini;
  • using the key button at the upper-left of Musspark's playing page.
Can I record my playing?

Yes — the Musspark App includes a recording feature for audio and video.

Does it have any consumables?

No consumables — just charge and play!

What's the warranty?

We provide a one-year warranty starting from the day you receive your S1 Mini.
